Designed with an industrial vibe and accented with colorful original art, the interior is bright and spacious with 12 ft vaulted ceilings and skylights. With a dedicated high-speed internet connection it's ideal for working online. Perfect for long term stays. The space This newly built one level 990 square foot cottage was custom-designed by us to be wheelchair accessible. This means no steps, wider doorways, easy-reach storage and plenty of interior space. Through the sunny yellow door you will find a spacious entry with a dedicated space for coats and shoes plus a large closet. The full-sized custom kitchen includes a wall oven, ceramic cooktop, Bosch dishwasher, bottom-freezer refrigerator, microwave, plenty of counter and storage space, and a large peninsula with counter stools. The main bedroom has a comfy queen bed and ample clothing storage. Steps away are the two bathrooms. The larger one has a tub and separate roll-in shower, wall-hung toilet, washer and dryer, and great storage. The other is a small powder room with toilet and sink. The second bedroom/office has a single day-bed, work desk with chair, and loads more storage. The south-facing open plan living, dining, and kitchen areas are bright and lead straight out onto the patio where you can enjoy al-fresco dining or lounging in the Adirondack chairs. In cooler weather you'll stay cozy and warm with heated floors throughout the cottage, or curl up in front of the electric fireplace. Guest access The entire cottage with its private parking, sunny terrace and surrounding yard is all yours to enjoy. Other things to note Please note the cottage is on a septic system, so please don't flush anything down except toilet paper.
