Bright and cosy guest suite in Little Mountain

A clean and cosy self-contained area in a newly built home, complete with its own entrance, bedroom, kitchenette and bathroom. Located on a quiet street with distant skyline and ocean views. Ideal for singles, couples, solo adventurers and business travellers. The space The space is bright, clean with newly fitted furniture. The kitchenette contains a microwave, toaster, kettle and table/chairs. Bedding is a comfy queen sized bed with a new mattress. Plenty of wardrobe and cupboard storage. TV and WI-FI in room. Outdoor north facing patio with seating. Guest access Private access to the suite via the front of the home and access to a front patio. During your stay We are always happy to meet our guests but also very happy to leave a key to the room in a lock box so guests can arrive whenever suits them. We are very happy for guests to contact us if they have any queries about their stay or would like any information about the area. Other things to note This private suite is located on the ground level of our home and is utilised only by our guests. As we have a young family, some noise may be heard during the stay.
