Description
You will live in my private house a bit in the country but still close to the city. The whole house has been renovated since 2020. In Åsa, there are plenty of beaches. Choose between sand or rocks, a jetty or a raft or maybe a stone pier to jump from! Climb out on the cliffs, take a walk in Näsbokrok Nature Reserve or walk along Åsa's new nice Coastal Promenade! Have a coffee at the popular Åsa Hembageri or Åsa Glasscafé! A hamburger or fish soup at Thomas at Strandbaren at Vita Sand is not to be missed! The space The large bedroom has a new 180-wide continental bed - lovely! One side is fixed, the other movable. There is some space in the closet and an empty dresser. The middle bedroom is the smallest and has a 90 cm bed with a ribbed base but a good mattress and thick bed mattress. There is a desk with room for a computer. The room closest to the entrance has a 120-wide continental bed that is a bit softer. There is also a desk with room for a computer. In the bathroom there is a toilet, shower and washing machine. The living room with its solid corner sofa is in an open plan with the kitchen that is new and nice in a lovely green tone. Love it! The balcony is large with plenty of outdoor furniture, as well as the lawn (well, moss is also green...). Discounts are not my biggest interest (watering season and motorcycle season go less well together) - but I try to keep decent order! In the "little cottage" directly to the right there is croquet, pub games, balls, frisbee, and some racket games - just to borrow! Cushions for the chairs are also there. A new large gas grill has moved onto the balcony this year, but the somewhat older charcoal grill also remains. Guest access Pets are welcome but I would be grateful if they do not lie on the furniture or in my new bed... if it is not possible to avoid (I know, I myself have had both a dog and a cat...) then put a blanket or sheet underneath! Thank you! Walking paths are all around and in the accommodation guide I add some tips about the same - in the center there are several restaurants, a pub with its own beer, ice cream café and popular bakery. Åsa Havsbad (Vita Sand) with restaurant Strandbaren is very popular in the summer. The nearest beach is Gårda Brygga, you can walk there in 15 minutes, it is also very nice! There is a sandy beach (x2), jetties, kiosk with ice cream, coffee and SUP. At the harbor, there is a stone pier where you can jump and dive. Popular place - wonderful for the morning swim after the walk! 3 km to the community with Ica, Dahls Hembageri, Ice Cream Café, restaurants and several beaches. 1.2 km to bus stop, 4 km to train station, 20 km to Kungsbacka, 30 km to Varberg, 40 km to Ullared/Gekås, 50 km to Gothenburg. I hope and believe that you will enjoy my beloved house! Welcome, Sabine.
