Waterscape condominiums has a wonderful coastline view of the Gulf of Mexico and the Okaloosa Island Fishing Pier. Imagine one of the area's most luxurious beachfront condominiums with every amenity desired, plus three beautiful blue swimming pools, waterfall and a lazy river. This handicapped accessible walk-out unit has a king size bed, bunk area with TV's, stainless steel appliances, sofa bed, beach chairs, wifi and Netflix. Kids will just walk to the pool and from there to the beach. We are in the "B" area overlooking to the courtyard. We offer discounted (Snow Bird) long term stays during Dec-Jan-Feb at this property. There is no road to pass, we are directly on the beach. Since you directly go to the unit with your assigned door code, there is no deadline for checking in. You may check-in any time after 4 PM of the check-in day, just like you would at your own vacation home.  There are 110V outlets at the parking garage to charge your EV (bring your cable to plug-in) We do not offer any military or other discounts. Applicable last minute specials are already built-in to the daily rates.  Our check-in is at 4 pm. Check-out is at 10 am.  If this condo does not show availability check our other six Waterscape similar condos. We do not offer beach service, however we provide quality beach chairs and umbrella in the unit that you may use at the beach. You may also rent beach chairs from beach vendor if you so wish.  This unit is recently updated . Bunk beds are newly installed and we have put very comfortable memory foam mattress to sofa and bunk beds. Please note that Waterscape Resort has a heated pool and heated two large hot tubs open throughout the year. However other pools and waterfalls may be under maintenance during off season (November-February). Lazy River is not heated. The condominium’s kitchen is well appointed with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and beautifully tiled floors. The fully-stocked kitchen includes all dishes, cooking utensils, and bakeware needed for your eat-in dining adventures. We offer a combination Keurig and Regular coffee brewing machine as seen in the listing pictures. Please bring coffee and filters.  All mattresses are upgraded and are very comfortable. Even the sofa bed has a 5 inch memory foam cool gel mattress. We provide pack n'play for your little one. There is no check-in or check-out at the lobby. You simply go to the condo, enter the door code and make yourself at home. If you arrive early, feel free to enter into the resort and enjoy the beach. However we do not allow early check-in's to the unit especially during high season since the unit is mostly booked back to back and we need extra time to prepare the condo The waterpark within the Resort is unique and one if its kind. You and your family will make memories that will last. Our condo is very clean and in the best location of Waterscape Resort. You are close to parking, close to the pools and close to the beach! A car is not necessary but recommended. Just walk out of the balcony to the pool or go towards the elevators (to South) and turn left to reach the pool area.
