Whether you’re here to explore the famous Bourbon Trail, work remotely, or simply unwind, you’ll find everything you need right here! Close to shopping, dining, entertainment, major highways, top bourbon distilleries and downtown Louisville. The space Middletown Manor was built in 1901 and has been fully updated. You will have use of the entire second floor, which is a spacious 1500 square feet (accessed via a flight of stairs), with a private entrance and parking. There are 2 full baths, but in keeping with the age of the house, one of them will be most comfortable for people of petite stature! The first floor of the building is an office space, also with its own entrance, and no access to the second floor. Guest access The kitchen is stocked with dishes and cookware - all you need for a quick breakfast or to make a full meal. There is a full size washer and dryer, iron and ironing board, and starter supplies of coffee, tea, laundry soap and dryer sheets. Wifi is available, and there is a SmartTV in the living room, as well as a Chromecast if you prefer to stream media from your phone to the TV. Other things to note We make check-out easy - just leave linens on the beds, put used towels in the bathtubs (so we don't have wet towels on the floor!), put any used dishes in the dishwasher, and if you move anything during your stay, put it back before you leave.
