Just a short walk to local restaurants. Easy access to sightseeing spots in Odawara such as Odawara Castle and Kamaboko Street. Steps from the sea – perfect for beach walks and stunning sunrise/sunset views. Quiet residential area for a peaceful and relaxing stay. Check-in is contactless and details will be sent after booking confirmation for a smooth arrival. **Important Notes** -Non-smoking property (including heated tobacco products such as IQOS) -No open flames (no portable gas stoves, etc.) -No pets allowed -Children (ages 2–12) count as adults -Infants under 2 years old can stay for free if sharing a bed with an adult (1 infant per adult) -Guests under 18 years old (including high school students) cannot stay without an accompanying adult -Early check-in and late check-out are available for an additional charge. Since April 1, 2005, under Japanese law, all foreign nationals without an address in Japan are required to provide their nationality and passport number, in addition to their name, address, and occupation. Guests must also present their passport and allow a copy to be made upon check-in. This is a legal requirement, and we kindly ask for your cooperation. -Check-in time: 15:00 – 21:00 -Check-out time: 10:00 Extra charges apply for early check-in and late check-out. If you do not check out by 10:00, an additional fee will be charged. -Please note there are no staff on-site. For your safety, security cameras are installed at the entrance as required by law. Thank you for your understanding. -Please be considerate of our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum, especially after 21:00. Parties and loud music are not permitted. -There is only one shower room. If you would like to enjoy a relaxing bath, we recommend visiting the many hot springs and public baths in Hakone or Odawara. -Housekeeping and linen change are not provided during your stay. -Visitors are not permitted in the room at any time. In case of violation, a fine of ¥10,000 per person per night will apply. -Please keep the room and furnishings clean and in good condition. If any damage or stains occur, kindly inform us right away.
