Although rural location, nearest town is only 4 miles away with all amenities to cater for anyone that are on holiday, which includes take away deliveries. Central to Cardiganshire, Carmarthenshire and Pembrokeshire coasts. Fresh free range eggs available for your breakfast. Parking outside the door. The space This is a lovely, cosy static caravan that I have clad to look like a Lodge. It has a very homely feel and is situated in the perfect location if you are wanting some welsh adventures around the Pembrokeshire, Carmarthenshire or Ceredigionshire coasts and towns. Plenty of beautiful places you can visit, or just lounge around and soak in the stunning views - the choice is yours. It is fully enclosed with a proper fence catering for your pets to enjoy their freedom whilst on their holiday with decking area and private area to sit and enjoy a drink watching the sunset. Guest access The caravan is individually fenced off and you have the option of seating areas. No steps at all, ramps as access on both sides of the decking. Plenty of free parking space right next to the caravan or you can park outside the gates, whichever you prefer. Other things to note I live on site in the farmhouse so am available should you need any local information. This is also a working farm containing sheep, lambs and cattle therefore all dogs are to be kept strictly on their leads when not within the fenced boundary of the lodge. There are CCTV cameras on the property for security purposes which cover the entrance to the property. I also ask for those that bring their furry friends that you do not forget to bring your own throws to cover the settee & beds. Should any damages occur with the dogs then you will unfortunately have to pay for repairs. As a dog owner myself I know how difficult it can be to find a nice retreat that you and your dogs can enjoy safely and with the area completely fenced off so that you can enjoy yourself without having to worry about your dog's safety.
