Due to the stairs and loft, this accommodation may not be appropriate for toddlers and the mobility challenged Parties are not permitted. Please note that there is no water access on the property, but there is nearby public water access. The space All space inside the house is available for guests to use. Guests have access to parking lot and small yard next to house. There is no access to the water or dock on the property. If arriving by boat, please confirm slip space availability with the hosts before booking. Please note that there are three steps down from the front door to the main level, and one step up to the bathroom. The two bedrooms are full flights of stairs upstairs and downstairs from the main level. Please use caution on the property as there are uneven surfaces on some of the brick walkways and gravel parking area. There are stairs inside between all levels, please use handrails. Because of the stairs, the cottage may not be appropriate for guests with mobility challenges. For everyone’s safety and security there is one outdoor security camera monitoring the guest parking lot and one monitoring the host’s parking lot. There are no cameras or recording devices inside the cottage. Mill Creek Cottage is located in a rural, wooded environment that has lots of natural beauty. Nature includes mosquitos, ants, and other insects as well as birds and animals. We avoid the use of harmful pesticides on the property due to our proximity to the water. While unlikely, should there be any unwanted interactions with the wildlife inside or outside please let us know and we will humanely rectify the situation as soon as possible. We’ll-behaved dogs are permitted with the host’s permission. Please be sure to include your pet on the reservation as there is a pet fee.
