Modern, 2 bedroom + loft cabin with beautiful view

Located in beautiful Squaw Valley minutes from Evergreen breweries and restaurants, and just 20 min down the pass from Mount Blue Sky and Echo Lake. Close to great hiking trails (Beaver Brook Watershed, Elk Meadow, Maxwell Falls, Chicago Lakes + more) while enjoying a quiet, mountain neighborhood with gorgeous views. Newly remodeled while still maintaining a rustic escape. Great central location - from Denver (35 min), skiing (50 min to WP and A Basin), Red Rocks (~ 20 min), Conifer (25 min). The space The cabin has a two-bedroom layout on the first level. Our master bedroom has it's own access and own bathroom, the room located right next to the front door. The guest bedroom shares an entrance with the main house bathroom, but also has a shower. We also have a loft with ladder access. Please use at own discretion! Great nook to read and hang out, though. There's a deck off the front of the house with a 4 person patio set. We also have a back porch that may offer a cooler area with shade in the Summer. Kitchen is open to the living room and has everything you need to make your stay comfortable. We have radiant heating in the Winter, so it's always nice and cozy. There's no Air Conditioning in the Summer, however - the space normally stays pleasant enough that you don't need it. We live right next door and have never needed AC - just opening the windows with some fans is enough for us. Always cool in the evening! Living room has a 2-person couch and two leather cushioned chairs. Plenty of books and board games to keep you entertained, as well as a flat screen TV with Roku and a Fire Stick. There's also a sound bar with a subwoofer that you can use for music (bluetooth your phone) or movies. We have a bunch of random DVD's as well! There isn't much of a "property" - it is on acre and the property is sloped, however you are certainly welcome to walk around. But the neighborhood itself is perfect for walks (we have awesome neighbors!) or there are plenty of hikes in the area. Guest access You can can access all parts of the house including the loft but please respect our neighbors across the street as well as our house to the East. There is a fence dividing us so there's a clear boundary. We do have a crawl space on the back side of the house but this holds the water tank, boiler, etc and is not permitted to access. Other things to note Our cabin does feature a fireplace but unfortunately it is not in working order. When we did the remodel we had to re-level the house about 6 inches, which resulted in a large crack within the chimney. It at the moment is not a cost we can incur to fix and do the masonry.
