We are situated near Mall of Asia, IKEA, MOA Arena, and other shopping, dining, events and concert areas, and it is 6km from the airport. The condominium is within the MOA Complex, home to several residential buildings, office spaces and landmarks such as the Mall of Asia, convention centers, hotels, etc. Within the condominium, you will find a peaceful haven, with most residents at work during the day, and some are working from home in their respective units. Please keep noise levels at a minimum to keep the peace. The Mall of Asia, MOA Arena, IKEA, offices, events venues such as SMX Convention Center, concert grounds, bay area, shops and restaurants are within walking distance. You can also book a Grab car or get a taxi at the taxi bay near the entrance. Pay parking is available too. As part of its safety and security protocol, Shore 1 Residences condo admin requires proof of identification for guests. Upon booking, kindly send us a screenshot or digital photo of any of the following: 1. Passport 2. Driver's License 3. Tax Identification Number ID (T. I. N.) 4. Company ID 5. UMID Guests will go through bag check-up procedures upon arrival at the property. If applicable, swimming pool may be used by the authorized guest(s) provided they pay the corresponding fees. Posted swimming pool rules and regulations shall be strictly followed by all authorized guests. The use of the swimming pool and gym is by registration. You can get in touch with the receptionist if you would want to use the amenities. There is a swimming pool fee of PHP150 per person on regular days, and PHP 300 during holidays. Only booked guests are allowed to stay inside the unit, maximum of four persons. Please turn off the lights and the air conditioning unit if you will leave the room for a long period of time and when you check out. Always keep the doors locked for your safety and security. The Property is a No-Smoking area, no smoking policy is observed in all common areas within the property. The guest is responsible for his/her welfare during the duration of the stay inside the unit. In case of emergency, we have a phone inside the unit that connects directly with the receptionist at the lobby. Inform the receptionist of any emergencies immediately. For safety and security purposes, the residential property shall not be used as an office, boarding house, dormitory, transient or other “bed space type” establishment. All guests are REQUIRED to follow and comply with the governing House Rules and Regulations to avoid property and personal risk as well as inconvenience as a consequence of violation/s of the provisions of the House Rules.
