The space The Lookout is a thoughtfully designed Best of British two bedroom flat in a gorgeous converted Victorian building just five minute walk from the town centre. Designed with a nod to British vintage, The Lookout makes for a perfect base - whether you are a couple looking for a romantic weekend away, or a family with children wanting to explore the area - you couldn't get a much better location than The Lookout! The stylish Lounge/fully fitted Kitchen has incredible views across the adjacent playing fields onto Hythe Town Centre, the stunning St Leonard's Church and the pretty village of Saltwood on the hill. The handmade Sofology sofa is incredibly comfortably - you can curl up here for hours enjoying the latest box set or just taking in the view. The stylish navy velvet seat by the window means you can really enjoy the view. In the corner of the room is a stylish dining area for four people. The fully equipped grey gloss kitchen makes for a perfect home from home base with all the amenities you need to cook up a storm - including a kettle, toaster and microwave. At the rear end of the apartment, accessed via a split level hallway, the dual aspect Master bedroom has a view of the sea. Enjoy a long lazy lie in the luxurious super king size bed with Tempur mattress and feather duvets and pillows with Egyptian cotton bed linen. The second bedroom has single trundle beds - this can be used as a single room, or the bed can be easily pulled out to make two singles - either side by side or one at floor level. The stylishly decorated bathroom has a powerful shower over the bath, and fluffy towels. We have a travel cot and high chair available for little ones but please bear in mind there are several sets of stairs within this apartment. Guest access The Lookout is on the second floor of the building, accessed via a main staircase from a ground floor entrance and communal hallway. Once inside the front door of the apartment, there is a further flight of stairs leading to a split level hallway within the apartment. This apartment is not suitable for people with mobility issues sadly. The road offers unrestricted parking throughout, with both sides of the road being available for parking.
