The unique (2' thick) stone-walled 500+ square foot suite overlooks your patio/flower garden and provides a panoramic view of the private lake. You can cook inside or out, get your meals delivered, or dine in a variety of restaurants just minutes away. Then step back inside your private living/dining suite and delight in the unique ambiance that surrounds you. Campfires and star gazing are recommended! Guest access Guests will enjoy privacy and security. We are located at the end of a totally private 1/3 mile road. We don't have roadside cameras because nobody knows we are here. Plenty of free parking-right there! When it's time for water sports, the lake is also right there. For the tender-footed guests, the lawn extends along the hillside to the lake. Quiet walks throughout the property can also be very therapeudic. Other things to note Our retreat is ideally suited for active, physically fit adults that love to hike, swim, canoe, bike, and fish. Due to steep terrain, it is NOT SUITABLE for seniors or anyone else who is physically challenged. Bike to the supermarket just 1-1/2 miles away. Plenty of other grocery stores and restaurants less than a 10 minute bike ride to the village. Nearby local cinema. Firewood and charcoal are included gratis. Use our canoe. Be sure to use our life jackets when you are boating!
