Large main floor master suite with grand master bath includes a large soak tub, oversized shower with 2 shower heads, and spacious walk-in closet. Smart TV with cable, recliner chair, and King size bed are included for the ultimately comfortable master bedroom. A fully equipped bathroom and two additional bedrooms with top quality beds for a restful night are situated on the main floor. All bathrooms are stocked with luxury bath towels and all bedrooms have hangers available for your convenience. The second story boasts even more space, offering 2 large bedrooms, a full bath, and spacious 2nd family/TV room with hide-away sofa sleeper and an additional ottoman sleeper to accommodate all your loved ones. The formula is simple - bring family, play hard, relax and repeat. **POOL HEATING IMPORTANT INFORMATION - The cost of heating the POOL at this property is not included in the nightly rates. After you book the unit, please notify our team IF you want to heat the pool or have any questions about pool heating. The cost will be $200 for pre-heat and $75 daily heat plus applicable taxes. The Pre-Heat Cost covers pre-heat, set up, etc for the pool. (preheat and daily heat are both required for pool heating) Daily cost is to maintain the pool heat during your stay. We set the system to heat between 82-85. Actual temp. varies due to air/ground temps and is not guaranteed. Pool heating is recommended for guest stays from Oct 1st- May 31st. HOT TUB is electric and there is no extra cost. We set the hot tub heating between 100-102 degrees. Hurricane City has set a pool curfew here in Dixie Springs as this is mainly a residential neighborhood. Please be considerate of the neighbors and keep noise down in the evenings. There will be fines for using the pool past 10 pm on weeknights and 11 pm on weekends. Thank you for your understanding. Guest access As a guest of the owner, you are renting the entire home. There are areas that are restricted, such as an owners closet, that will not be accessible during your stay. This home has great parking. We ask that guests do not park on the street.
