A beautiful 3-bedroom, 3-level open concept cottage perched above Lac Supérieur. Perfect spot for a family vacation, 2 living room/tv areas. Private hot tub, master suite (bathroom with soaker tub, bedroom renovated and balcony with glass walls allowing stunning views - 3rd floor). Pets are welcome, please advise. CITQ 300217 The space Three bedrooms, two at ground level and the third on the top level offering a view of the lake and Mont Tremblant. Large living room with a fireplace (we provide a reasonable amount of firewood, 5 logs per day, it is a slow combustion fireplace so with the door closed a couple of logs will last for hours) to warm up those chilly evenings. Family room on the ground level with fireplace. Sauna on ground level. Fully equipped kitchen, connected to open concept dining room and living room not to mention the outdoor deck. Hot tub. New Master suite on the 3rd level with soaker tub, new patio door, new flooring, stunning views, etc. There is a dock located on the lake which is for the exclusive use on those STAYING at the cottage. It is 3 minute walk and is accessed through a neighbors property. On the dock you will find a canoe and 2 kayaks for your use. Outdoors and winter, the BBQ and firepit will NOT be accessible or functional during the winter months. The lake access with a private dock, canoe and 2 kayaks is few hundred feet from the cottage. The cozy living room has a wood burning stove (we supply reasonable amount of firewood but not kindling or firestarter) and flat screen TV (Fire TV, Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc.) no cable TV. Guest access Everything, it is your private oasis. All guests must be registered, failure to do so will result in the cancelation of your booking with no refund. Pricing is based on the number of people using the cottage, base price is for 2 people. Other things to note Don't forget to check our guestbook Enjoy your stay! A reasonable amount of firewood is provided, we do not provide kindling or start. Do NOT leave a fire burning unattended. Please remember that large fires can cause a chimney fire.
