Top apartment on the northern tip of Tromsøya with a lovely view of the Kvaløya mountains! West-facing sunny apartment with midnight sun all evening in summer and opportunity to see the northern lights in winter. Immediate proximity to nature areas with campfire and hiking trails right behind the apartment. 10 minutes drive by car from Tromsø airport and Northern Norway's largest shopping center: Jekta. Bus connection, with direct route to the city center takes about 30 min. Possibility of 2 parking spaces. The space The apartment is located in a quiet and undisturbed area in Hamna Nord, close to nature. The apartment has large windows with panoramic views of the lake and mountains. The nature trail through Tromsøya (Lysløypa) starts just behind the building. Ski in-out in winter. This is one of the best areas to see the northern lights on Tromsøya, as there is relatively little light pollution to be in the city. Balcony overlooking the front. There is a nature area at the back of the building with a small football/basketball court and barbecue area. There are several playgrounds for children in the area. There is free access for everyone to nature in Tromsø. There is a map of suggestions for trails to the ski slopes and to Varden - lookout point among the pictures. The apartment has all amenities, including a large 75" TV. Bus 28 goes to the city center about every 15 minutes during the day, and about every 30 minutes in the evening. Other things to note NO SHOES INSIDE THE FLAT. No smoking inside. The tap water in Norway is pure and exellent drinking water. Observe and respect the quiet time in the building after 22/10 PM. In the winter with heavy snowfall please showel the snow off THE TOP STAIRS to the appartement. (My neighbours will showel the snow off the stairs below.) If there's a lot of snow you may not be able to use the balcony. DON'T FORCE THE DOOR TO OPEN! In winter i prefer that YOU KEEP THE VENETIAN BLINDS IN THE LIVING ROOM ROLLED UP. CLOSEST FOR SHOPPING FOR GROCERIES: Walk, or take the 28 bus, to Solneset busstop and Coop Extra supermarked. And take the next bus back in the opposite direction. Use the Svipper app. Tickets last for 1,5 hrs. Cheap tickets are available between 10 and 15. There is also a closer Kiwi supermarked. But the bus doesn't pass in the street directly in front of it.
