Welcome to the Lake house! I reinvented my house with a new style for complete comfort and relaxation. We have a very quite neighborhood with green-ways, lakes, streams and plenty of wildlife. At the house we have a large living room area with fireplace, pool table, and updated TV's. The lighting and music is all controlled by Alexa throughout the house. There is a spa, grill and plenty of sitting area around the house including a porch swing. The house is perfect for events and parties as well. The space The entire downstairs is open for use, except the second master which is available on the other listing. The upstairs has it's own private entrance where I stay sometimes. I like to keep distance with guests and will accommodate any parties or anyone wanting privacy. With the lighting in the house, you can change any room to any ambiance you like with your voice. There is an Alexa in every room for information, music, news, etc.. Next to the bedroom is a beautiful atrium with a running fountain with Koi and goldfish. The Living room has a 65" QLED rated best for Super bowl 2019 with a second 55" roku tv over the pool table for multiple games. Everything in the house is spacious including the master bedroom, living room, pool table and kitchen area. The floors are perfect for throwing a dance party and we allow pets. The second bedroom has a bunk bed with two Fullsize and a Trumble single.The outside has three different common areas including games, spa, swing, or sitting under the huge shaded trees. Then just 300 feet away is the lake with the green way. The path will lead you to the park and fountain with doggie stations along the way. The main entrance of the house has a code for entering. We have never had a problem in our quite neighborhood, but security cameras are in place for yours and our protection. I am only one call away if needed. Richie Guest access All of the downstairs.
