Fabulous home for an outdoor adventure whether you want to enjoy Utah's world class skiing, mountain biking or rock climbing. With easy access to both Little and Big Cottonwood canyons, ski resorts, and downtown Salt Lake City, this 5 bed, 3 bath home has fabulous mountain views, wood floors and vaulted ceilings with lots of natural light. There is a movie room, games room and great open plan layout for entertaining. Perfect for families, groups of friends or a corporate stay. Sleeps 10. The space The house has a nice open plan arrangement on the main floor, with two eating areas and lounge. The dining room seats 8 people comfortably and the breakfast room has a round table for 4. On the main floor is the master bedroom with en suite, two further double bedrooms and shared bathroom. The basement has the queen and twin bedrooms with shared bathroom, the movie room and games room. The basement windows are above ground level so it’s nice and light. For children and adults there is a games room with football table and movie room. You also have use of a washer, dryer, free fast Wi-fi, fenced yard, patio, outside chairs, sun loungers and BBQ. The master bedroom has a large desk and chair if you need space to work. Guest access You have access to the entire house. Other things to note We have a house manual and useful tips documents. In the useful tips we point you to where you can hire ski equipment and also provide several options for the best discounted lift tickets. You may park two cars in the garage. There is additional parking on the driveway. Do not park in the street. Please remove shoes in the house, thank you. We have a Nespresso coffee machine if you want to bring your own Vertuo Capsules. On confirmation of your booking we require you to confirm that you have read our house rules fully and that you accept them. This includes specifying on your booking the exact number of occupants (including infants or children) staying in the property, even if they are not staying for the full duration. Over occupancy will be charged for and you may be asked to leave if you do not pay for additional occupants sleeping in the property.
