Beautiful 140 m² penthouse in Aulesti, a quiet town ideal for families looking to relax in mild summer weather. Strategic location for day trips to the Urdaibai Reserve or to the three Basque capitals (Bilbao, San Sebastián and Vitoria) The space This cozy accommodation is located on the top floor of a detached house. The hosts' home is located on the ground floor. We share the main entrance to the building, and access to the upper floor is open. The penthouse has heating and a wooden floor, which makes it very warm and comfortable. It is laid out as follows: Kitchen-dining room: A spacious, bright and fully equipped space with a fireplace. Balcony: Perfect for stepping out to breathe the fresh air of the valley and enjoy the rural setting. Bathroom: A full bathroom with shower. Rooms with exposed wooden beams: Master bedroom: It has a comfortable double bed for an idyllic rest. Second room (Multipurpose space): It is a large room that we adapt according to your family needs. We place two or more beds (90 cm single beds or double beds) on a rug on the floor. The rest of the space functions as a living room and relaxation area, making it the ideal place for children to play comfortably and for you to have your own common space in the penthouse. Guest access Your private floor: The entire top floor (the penthouse) is exclusively for your use during your stay. You will have total privacy and comfort in your space. Private outdoor terrace: Outside the house, we have a fairly large terrace that will be at your complete disposal. It's the perfect place to have breakfast, sunbathe, read or let the kids play. Town services right outside your door: Aulesti is a very convenient town for everyday life. Without having to take the car, you will have a small grocery store nearby for the basics (and the soft bread in the morning!) and bars with a great and very cozy atmosphere to have a drink or enjoy local life while the children play safely. Other things to note Access to the accommodation: As it is a penthouse on the top floor, access is via stairs. There are only a few steps and they are very comfortable, but please keep this in mind. For your complete convenience, you can leave bicycles or a baby stroller at the main entrance without having to carry them upstairs. Rural environment and relaxation: Aulesti is a beautiful and very quiet village. To maintain that magic and good coexistence with the neighbors, we ask that you respect the hours of nighttime rest. Smoking policy: Smoking is not permitted inside the accommodation to keep the space smoke-free and pleasant for all families. However, you can freely smoke outdoors, both on the penthouse balcony and on the outside terrace. Recycling in nature: We love taking care of our environment. In the village, we have bins for separating waste (organic, plastic, paper and glass). In the attic, we will leave you very simple instructions so that you can help us keep the valley clean.
