Beautiful 140m2 penthouse, located in Aulesti, a quiet village surrounded by nature. It is an ideal area for hiking (GR 38.3 Wine and Fish Route) and is located 15 minutes by car from the beaches of Lekeitio. In the village we have an ideal recreation area to spend the day, where you can swim in the river, sunbathe, play, eat at the tables under the shade of the trees… There is also a shop and bars. Bilbao, San Sebastian and Viroria are 1 hour away. The space This home is located on the top floor of a single-family home. The hosts' home is on the ground floor. The entrance is shared and access to the upper floor is open. It has heating and a wooden floor. It consists of a kitchen-dining room with fireplace, two bedrooms with wooden beams, a desk area, a loft and a bathroom with shower. One of the rooms has a double bed and in the other (90m2) we put 2 or more single or double beds, on a rug on the floor. Guest access The entire floor is for guests' use and enjoyment.
