Enjoy a spa-like retreat for up to 8 ppl featuring a new 8 foot high privacy fence, 30x15 swimming pool & hot tub. With 4 cozy bedrooms, new furniture, fully stocked coffee bar, Webber BBQ and back patio table for 8, this is the ultimate staycation spot. We would love to have you! The space Important Notice: Video & Audio Cameras on the Driveway Only! * We are a short term-rental Airbnb & we also provide temporary housing for crisis & emergency situations for families supported by insurance coverage. We can liaise with your company on your behalf to provide information & invoicing for a stress free accommodation. Note - the pool gates are to the far right of the safety fence (by the 5 Adirondack chairs). Please keep this gate closed at all times & latched as an extra layer of safety when traveling with children & pets. Please take a moment to review all our house rules, especially those regarding pets. We take great pride in preparing our home for guests and kindly ask that you treat it with the same respect you would your own home. To ensure a seamless experience, we provide daily service. Each morning around 6:30 AM, your host or a designated helper will arrive to maintain the property in pristine condition. This includes vacuuming the pool, treating the hot tub, watering the plants, and managing recycling and garbage. Our goal is to offer you exceptional service while minimizing any disruption to your stay—you likely won’t even be awake before we leave! If you are - come say hi :) We want your backyard spa oasis to be "ready-to-go" at all times. As dog lovers, we welcome your furry friends, but please remember that our beds and pool are reserved for humans only. We maintain high cleanliness standards for all guests. Upon request, we’re happy to provide a doggy pool or crate for your convenience. Guest access You have access to the entire home except the master closet, basement (furnace room) & garage! Other things to note * Registered guests & pets only. * Corporate groups are welcome. One primary adult staying in the home MUST give me their contact information and be over 25. All guests must be listed in the booking & host notified if there are any new guests coming in or switching with someone. *No 3rd party bookings unless corporate and verified. *lawn cutting maintenance happens weekly on Thursdays.
