A Backyard Retreat with Maplestone Ranch Spa visit

POOL SCHEDULE Mid May - October (NOT HEATED) Welcome to this fully restored century home, the perfect PRIVATE backyard oasis in Carleton Place with your own private pool & hot tub. In the winter months, reserve to spend the day at Maplestone Ranch & Retreat just a short drive away from this Airbnb, at an adults only thermotherapy day spa attached to a 500 acre maple forest with saunas, hot tubs, cold plunges, pools and outdoor fires. We can help you book your visit while staying with us :) The space OFF-SEASON MONTHS Come stay with us - We also encourage guests to as well explore & visit Maplestone Ranch Spa & Retreat just a short scenic drive away. An unbelievable adults only thermotherapy day spa here in Lanark County. Thermal spa access: heated salt water pool, hot tubs, sauna, cold plunge, salt exfoliation, nature trails, and luxurious rest areas. We have added pictures to our listing & just be mindful that you will need to book this experience in advance as it’s by appointment only. Our Airbnb pool is closed mid September until May, but our hot tub is open and ready to go all year round with an outdoor fire table. SUMMER MONTHS To ensure a seamless experience, we provide daily butler service. Each morning between 7 & 8AM, your host will arrive to restore the property back to pristine condition. This includes vacuuming the pool, treating the hot tub, watering the plants, and managing recycling and garbage. Our goal is to offer you exceptional service while minimizing any disruption to your stay. If you see us completing our tasks outside please feel free to come say hi 👋 We want your backyard spa oasis to be "ready-to-go" at all times. As dog lovers, we welcome your furry friends, but please remember that our beds and pool are reserved for humans only. We maintain high cleanliness standards for all guests & ask for the same in return. Upon request, we’re happy to provide a doggy pool or crate for your convenience. Skip the expensive amusement parks & come spend a couple nights with your family or friends in your very own Private Ultimate Backyard Spa & Pool Retreat. Ample parking is available, and all guests must be registered at the time of booking. We do not allow events or unregistered guests at this property. Thank you for choosing us, and we are looking forward to hosting your stay! Guest access You have access to the entire home except the master closet, basement (furnace room) & garage! Other things to note NO DOGS IN THE BEDS - if you find this rule hard to follow, please seek other arrangements. $450 extra fee to replace everything. •lawn cutting maintenance happens weekly on Thursdays. •If by chance there is a power outage, we will do our very best to update you on when it will return. Usually this only happens during a storm or planned outage. Please note that your booking is still active during such event. •We will try our absolute very best to resolve & repair or find an alternate solution if anything happens that is out of our control. Things that are out of our control (but are not limited to) • A pool leak (can be patched but might disrupt a small portion of your stay) • A power outage due to a storm (we will keep you updated on current weather forecasts & scheduled town maintenance being done that could be affecting the power). • Furnace or air conditioning issues (please note that if this is to occur, we will do our very best to have the unit serviced as soon as possible). We do have an alternate back up for emergencies. 3 stand up brand new 10,000 BTU air conditioning systems that cool the home down. All amenities are in excellent working order.
