Canoeing, Tubing, Hiking & ORV Get Away!

This vacation spot has a tiny cabin in the forest. It has 3 double beds. Sleeps 6 people. Outhouse. Screened in porch. Kitchenette includes mini refrigerator, microwave, toaster, griddle, coffee pot, crock pot & outdoor gas grill. All bedding, toilet paper, dishes & paper products provided. There is a $50 cleaning and re-stocking fee. Cabin has heat & air. Firepit is available with FREE firewood. ORV & motorcycles are allowed. Tons of trails. Cabin has running water. Also has outdoor shower! The space Pets are welcome if pre-approved by host. Pet owners will be responsible for any damage to the property (chewing, feces, or urine). New deck added for guests to sit, visit and grill. New gas grill with side burner (propane provided). Guest access Fire pit available as long as there are no burning restrictions on. We provide FREE firewood. Outdoor gas grill. Large outdoor area! New large outdoor deck with pergola & lights. Other things to note Many activities available within a short distance. AuSable river (canoeing, tubing, kayaking), walking trail, Cedar Valley amusement park, shopping, gas and restaurants. ORV trails 1 mile from cabin! Must follow strict speed limit on property! Two (2) night stay required. 3 night stay required on holiday weekends. Hinchman Acres is 2 miles away & they rent canoes, tubes & kayaks & pick people up! We are no longer allowing horses to stay on our property as we have had some issues with horse people being disrespectful and not following simple rules.
