This is 3 bed 2.5 bath town home that just finished its renovation. Bamboo hard floors, new luxury bathrooms, second floor loft. Large new flat screens,stainless appliances, granite counter tops and high end bedding. This property is located right off the route 1/13 bypass, 5 min from PRMC and Salisbury University. 25miles Ocean City/Assateague 39miles Bethany Beach 50miles rehoboth Stay for half the price of OC. The space MUST BE 25 AND OLDER TO BOOK With regards in location to the beaches... 23-28 miles to ocean city. 23-30 miles to Assateague Island With that being said the time to get that can literally all depend on the traffic. It also depends if it’s a weekend and or a holiday weekend. Rt.90 is the fastest way to ocean city. If you want to go to the ocean city Inlet you must take 50 and there is a draw bridge. West ocean city traffic can be chaotic. The variation in travel times can be 25min to 90min. Beach traffic can be extensive. I always recommend guests to try to get to ocean city before 10am other wise drive at your own risk. All linens, toilet paper, paper towels, WiFi, laundry detergent, propane for grill included. Perfect for softball tournaments and families visiting SU. 5min drive to Salisbury University 10min drive from the Wicomico civic center 15min from UMES Beautiful renovated modern town home in a small quiet community. This is an end unit with a large yard. There’s a park, running trail and play ground across the street. There are two parking spots located at the front of the home. Street parking is also available. It is located right off the route 13 by pass and minutes from route 50. It’s the perfect place to stop for a night while on your travel up or down the east coast. It is also a great alternative for saving money on a family vacation to the beach. Guest access Guest has access to the entire property. The garage may be available upon request. There is self checkin. Other things to note MUST BE 25 AND OLDER TO BOOK MASTER BATH: since this is a first floor master unit it is wheel chair accessible. The door to the bathroom is removed to accommodate a wheel chair. It is a master suit so the bedroom door can be closed for privacy. I’ve never had an issue with this I just try to let all guests know before they book. Please be aware that even though ocean city is only 25miles away it can at times take up to 90min to get there depending on traffic and if it’s a holiday weekend. There’s only two lanes in and two lanes out on rt 50 and only one lane in one lane out on rt 90. If you only want to hit the beach then I recommend using rt 90 To beat beach traffic I recommend leaving before 10am.
