Charming mid-century guest-suite within a home in the heart of Sioux Falls, steps from Augustana and close to Sanford and downtown. Guests have private access to the front suite of the house, including two bedrooms, a spacious living room, and full bath. With natural light, cozy furnishings, and greenery, the space feels inviting. As an interior designer with a love for travel, I’ve curated the front portion of the house with intention as a B&B, filling it with my favorite pieces while keeping the space minimal and inviting. I’m excited to share it with fellow travelers and creatives who value mindfulness and respect in a shared home. Guests have private access to the front of the home, which now functions as a dedicated guest suite. This includes two bedrooms, a full bath, and a spacious living room — perfect for relaxing, reading, or enjoying a morning coffee. Each bedroom features a comfortable mattress with protective bedding and breathable, all-cotton Parachute Percale sheets for a safe, non-toxic night’s sleep. An additional shikifuton floor mattress is available for extra sleeping space if needed. The living room is equipped with cozy furnishings, a mini fridge, and a coffee bar, creating a peaceful retreat within the city. This space accommodates up to four guests and emphasizes a calm, homey atmosphere with thoughtful details, greenery, and natural elements. I prioritize a clean, safe, and healthy environment, using naturally derived products to avoid artificial fragrances. Since this is a shared home, I kindly ask that guests treat the space with care and respect, keeping in mind quiet hours and mindful, calm use of the suite. Guest access Guests have private access through the front door using a personalized keyless entry code provided before arrival. The smart lock is programmed specifically for your stay and will activate at your check-in time. If you plan to arrive early, please message me in advance so I can adjust your access time accordingly. You’re welcome to park on the right side of the driveway. I park in the garage on the left, so please be sure to leave enough room for me to back in and out easily. You may also use the driveway briefly to load or unload, and there is safe, permitted parking along the street in front of the home. Inside, you’ll find hooks for coats and a small area behind the door for shoes — thank you for helping keep the space clean, calm, and welcoming for all who stay here.
