Cozy, clean and comfortable open concept suite located on the beautiful shores of Lake Erie just one mile from downtown Kingsville where you will find excellent restaurants and eclectic shopping. The suite has its own entrance so that you have complete privacy during your stay. The space Offering 450 sq feet, this is the perfectly sized suite for those seeking tranquility, cleanliness and comfort. Inside you will find a comfortable seating area featuring tv and fireplace, queen size bed, kitchen and private bathroom. Ideal for couples, business travellers and the solo adventurer. The kitchen includes a fridge, stove, microwave, table & chairs, Keurig, tea kettle, toaster and is equipped with dishes, pots & pans, silverware for your convenience. There are towels (bath, hand & facecloths), hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and a hair dryer. There is a clothes closet with hangers, iron and small ironing board as well as a cedar chest with extra blankets. TV, Android box (countless movies, services and stations) and Wifi are available but you'll want to be outside to enjoy the lake. My gas bbq is available for you to use. Guest access You have access to parking in the driveway. A key box is located by the door and the combination will be provided upon checkin. You have water access (no beach due to high water levels) and there are Adirondack chairs for those relaxing warm days and nights. There is a screened in gazebo with patio furniture also available for use. Other things to note You will need to go through a well-lit side gate to access your private entrance, but once through the gate, the view is spectacular. Because of the sloping lawn, it should not be considered accessible for those with physical limitations for safety reasons. Walk 8 minutes to the dock where you can take the Jiimaan Ferry to Pelee Island (subject to schedule), 5 minutes to the Chrysler Greenway walking/biking/jogging trail or 20 minutes to the pharmacy and grocery stores. There are now 2 breweries within easy walking distance (approximately 7-8 minutes) from your door, and many wineries in the area, 1 within walking distance, the others by car or bike. As the water levels have decreased in the last 2 years, there are steps leading down to a sandy beach (unless winds are very high covers the sand). If you plan on going into the water, some type of water shoes are recommended to prevent injuring toes or feet as there are stones for the first 10 feet of water, after that it's sand.
