Enjoy your free breakfast platter on the front porch, then wander off to beach for the day, just steps away. 4 bedrooms, 3 kitchens, and 3 living rooms with full amenities — Wi-Fi, Smart TVs, washer/dryer, and all kitchen essentials. 2 optional extra beds (futon and aerobed). A peaceful, budget-friendly retreat. Opt for comfort + convenience. The space You'll have 3 adjacent self-contained apartment suites all to yourself (Suites 1, 2 and 4). Large covered porch. Lots of garden space. There is one other suite on premises which is occupied by a very quiet and non-intrusive guest. So you will feel that you have the entire property to yourself. Gather on the large porch (spans the width of the front of building), which has table & chairs, deck chairs and sun loungers. Have a BBQ picnic in the garden/yard (BBQs and Picnic Tables provided, with a starter supply of charcoal also included). Guest access 🚪 Self Check-In (standard): There is no on-site office or reception. The property is set up for self check-in via door code. 🚪 Meet & Greet Check-In (on request): We're happy to meet you in-person for check-in if you request it at least one day before arrival. 🚪 ONLINE CHECK-IN FORM: You will be required to complete an online check-in form where, for safety and security reasons, you must upload a Government Photo ID and verify key reservation details (e.g., whether you plan to bring pets). Optionally, you can provide your flight details and any special requests. If you have trouble completing the form online, you may message or email us the required information, and we will complete it on your behalf. 📌 Important: The online check-in form and security deposit must be received before we release the door code for your check-in. Keypad code entry (no key needed). • HOUSEKEEPING. We offer free mid-stay housekeeping service on request. You'll also find cleaning supplies in each suite in case you prefer to do your own light cleaning. • SAFETY & SECURITY: For your peace of mind, we have outdoor security cameras installed in our premises (there are no indoor cameras). This Suite is on the ground floor but has 1 small step down at the front door and one small step up into the bedroom. **SERVICES - PAID OPTIONS AVAILABLE VIA YOUR GUEST PORTAL** • TRANSPORTATION OPTIONS: - Airport Transfers: Choose from arrival, return, or VIP transfer options. - Car Rental. Get around at your leisure by renting a compact car. - Scooter Rental. Get around on a budget by renting an electric scooter. - Shuttle Service. We offer a convenient Shuttle Service, taking you anywhere from the beach and local areas to Camana Bay and George Town Waterfront. • MEALS: Ready meals available to purchase for immediate convenience. Fresh gourmet meals are also available by advance order for breakfast, lunch, or dinner - options include Cayman Taster Menus and private chef dinners. • SPA PACKAGES. Enjoy a variety of spa treatments in the comfort of your Suite. • PRE-STOCKING SERVICES: Have your groceries, beach gear, diving gear, childcare items and more, waiting in your suite when you arrive. This helps us maintain the high standard of hospitality our guests expect and enjoy. **ISLAND PORCH & GARDEN** At Blue Pavilion, guests can enjoy our spacious and peaceful porch and large garden area. The porch and garden come equipped with table & chairs, picnic tables, BBQ, deck chairs and sun loungers, perfect for relaxation. This laid-back island-style retreat is adorned with palm trees, beautiful pink desert roses, and other local flora. For a unique touch, our garden is home to various fruit trees, including mango, naseberries, and moringa. Feel free to pick and savour these tropical fruits when they're in season, for a fresh treat straight from our grounds. **COMMUNITY CAT PROGRAM** We're proud to support our local feline friends at Blue Pavilion! A growing community of cats has found a home on the exterior west side of our building. Our resident cats range from the sociable to the shy, and we even have kittens who have been warmly welcomed into the Blue Pavilion family. We're proud of our Community Cat Program which includes a Cat Sponsorship and a dedicated Cat Feeding Station. This initiative supports the health and well-being of our resident cats and contributes to the unique character of Blue Pavilion. For guests who are cat lovers or interested in contributing to our Community Cat Program, please feel free to contact your Host for more information. Your involvement can make a real difference in the lives of our furry friends! **CHICKENS** Note also: it's not uncommon to see chickens wandering around, it's an island thing! The island has many roosters that start making noise before 6am. This does not bother most guests but, if you are a very light sleeper, we recommend bringing ear plugs. **LARGER GROUPS** Need more rooms? Subject to availability, we may be able to accommodate larger groups (6 bedrooms and 2-3 extra beds; accommodating up to 18 persons) - this would be the entire Blue Pavilion building - please enquire. **1-NIGHT STAYS & MONTHLY STAYS** Monthly stays require a signed rental contract. Due to steep monthly discounts, there will be a starter pack of amenities, limited hospitality service and biweekly housekeeping (including bedding change). **REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT** We require a refundable security deposit for all stays, payable at least 1 day prior to check-in: Stays of 1-4 nights: A pre-authorised hold of USD 800 will be placed on your most recent card on file. No charge is captured unless in the (rare) event of damages or outstanding expenses. The hold is automatically released after checkout, assuming no issues. Stays of 5+ nights: The security deposit will be charged to your card and fully refunded within 7-14 days after checkout, assuming no damages or outstanding expenses. Monthly stays (28+ nights): A higher security deposit of USD 3000 is required. Rest assured, the full deposit is refunded/released after checkout, provided no damages or outstanding expenses. **ONLINE CHECK-IN FORM** You will be required to complete an online check-in form where, for safety and security reasons, you must upload a Government Photo ID and verify key reservation details (e.g., whether you plan to bring pets). Optionally, you can provide your flight details and any special requests. If you're not happy with our Terms or made a mistake with your reservation, we always give a 1-hour grace period for cancelling your booking for free from our end should you wish to do so.
