'Matilda' style cottage

Honeysuckle, Jasmine, adorned 1907 COTTAGE in the Mountains by the ocean. One bedroom 'Ms, Honey' re "Matilda" type cottage sporting seasonal creek, flowers, herbs, vines, trees & fabulous views & opportunities for people seeking a mostly organic place of retreat & healthy clean air. An Ideal environment for Artists, parents, human rights advos, & permaculture eco system seekers... We are child, and teen friendly, however, we cannot entertain 4 or 3 legged pets. There is Lots of nat wildlife. The space Guests have exclusive access to the front and rear patios! Guest access Guests have shared access to all levels (hillside plateaus) on the half acre property. Other things to note Guests are expected to leave the cottage and surrounding areas as clean as they found them (if I missed something, you can miss it too). The $25 cleaning fee only covers the extra cost of cleaning and sanitizing materials, high temp washing and drying of linens and blankets. It does not cover the $40 per hour per person labor we pay our help to physically clean the cottage and surrounding areas. This is our home and pride and joy and not a motel, so please respect that it is a home even when our home is your home as well During the time you are here :-) Extra cleaning time charges will apply to guests that do not respect our home and leave a mess.
