Our home has 6 Bdrms, up to 20 beds (7 queen beds, 2 full sleeper sofas, 6 Twin air matresses, 4 Queen Air Matresses, 1 toddler bed) 3.5 baths, 2 LRs, DR, eat in kitchen, Gameroom w/ AirHockey, TableTennis, FoosBall,Darts,misc,Gym,& Movie/VideoGame RM, under 5000 sq ft. plus Commercial Fridge and Freezer. JUST ADDED - HIGH SPEED Internet!!! (no more Hughes Net Satelite Internet YAY!!) AND Large Pool w/Deck and 18’x22’ Pool Grill n Chill Pavilion. Pics coming Mar 1, 2025. Pool gate locks. The space Our home is perfect for bringing family and friends together. Plenty of sleeping room and room to spread out. You can go out in the kayaks or Jon boat or bring your own boat or jet skis and tie up to the dock. (Room for 2 pontoons or up to 3 bass boats). Water is a walk down the dirt driveway about 300ft from house (not as far as it sounds). We have a commercial refrigerator and commercial freezer in a private area in the Living Room 2 that is perfect for having plenty of food to feed your group. We have a gas grill for grilling out or a cinder block large charcoal grill to use (see pic - Papa Dawg Grill Pit) (you will need to bring 4-8 large bags of charcoal to use this grill. We used 6 bags last time and it took 50 min to cool down enough to cook on, so 4 large bags will do just fine too). Plus available grill tools and knifes to assist. We also have gas burners to cook 5 gal pots of chili, do a low country boil, etc. Plus we have (3) 5 gal pots to use. As well as a greasless air turkey fryer. And always adding more each year. Can’t launch from our dock, but Launch area nearby. We are 20 miles from Wetumpka, AL where HGTV filmed Home Town Takeover. 35 miles from Downtown Montgomery Capital, 65 miles from Auburn University, 73 miles from Talledega Superspeedway, 78 miles to downtown Birmingham and 176 miles to NASA Huntsville, AL. These are some of the popular city visits from previous guests. Guest access All areas of the house are accessible except locked storage/closet in Bedroom 2 and 3, the hot water room outside attached to the house. note: in Bedroom 2 and 3 there is still a clothes closet for your use in each room. We live in this house when it’s not rented out (we rent it out 15 weeks/weekends a year). So we have personal items on shelves, like pictures, awards, Knick knacks, etc. you can see most in the pictures. And a few other misc stuff in the house. Please respect us, and don’t touch these items. Thanks so much, we love having large groups. Other things to note We have two single outdoor burner for cooking large pots of chili or low country boil. (3) 5 gallon pots for outdoor cooking. Plus outdoor fish fryer. We have a large crock pot and (2) 3 crock pot server (1 medium size and 1 small size), plus fryless cooker, plenty of cooking utensils, 4 folding tables and 2 picnic tables to use for outdoor eating. Also a small plastic kiddy pool. (24x30 deck just completed January 2020) Also we have plenty of fun stuff to keep you and your guest entertained. Like 2 corn hole games, (2) sets of horse shoes, 16 ft water matt, 20ft pontoon floating dock to swim off of, fishing poles(upon request only), kayaks, life jackets and more(Subject to availability (if not broken by prior guest and not replaced prior to your stay. so far so good). We keep all these items in a separate garage to make sure they are in good condition before use. So please let us know at check in or at any time during your stay if you would like to use any of these items. At booking, I will send info on fishing license and boating license info (if needed). We don’t currently have a boat to rent. But you can bring yours. I will send check in information 5-7 days before your arrival.
