Raintree 2BR/2BA Ground Condo in Ventura Golf & CC

Due to COVID-19, our professional cleaners have deep cleaned and sanitized every surface in the home. Feel at home in our beautifully furnished Raintree condo that sleeps 4, in the 24 hr manned gatehouse community. Enjoy Raintree's resort style pool & hot-tub which is just steps away, and it is just 5 mins walk to Ventura's clubhouse, which has a 19th hole bar and restaurant. You can eat on the balcony overlooking the gorgeous views of the junior olympic sized pool and golf course. The space Our 2 bedroom 1100 sf apartment sleeps 4, one queen bed in the master, a twin daybed plus twin trundle bed which can be joined to make a king in 2nd bedroom. I leave fresh bath towels, hand towels and face clothes. I just recently replaced the towels, pillows, dishtowels and the sheets etc. Most of the furniture has a tropical Key West Style, with rattan and the back of the dining chairs are carved banana leaves. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, glasses, silverware, utencils, pots and casseroles. I leave a starter pack of dish soap, washing detergent, fabric softener, hand soap, paper towels , bin liners and a scouring pad for you in the kitchen. I also provide soap and toilet rolls in the each bathroom. New solid natural oak wood cabinet doors, granite countertops and travertine backsplash have just been installed, and the black appliances are fairly new. So, just bring your suitcase and enjoy! P.S. There are also lots of walking trails, tennis and shuffleboard courts, and the apartment is just steps to Ventura's golf course, pro-shop and clubhouse with it's gym and junior Olympic size pool, 19th hole bar and restaurant with poolside balcony. The restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner daily, and there is entertainment offered at weekends. You can have a drink at the bar and safely walk home in 5 minutes. Other things to note Just a reminder that the minimum let is 14 days. Also no tenants are allowed pets. These are the rules of Ventura’s HOA. All residents have to abide by the HOA rules.
