Romar Place Unit 805 Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Enjoy a 3 bedroom, 2 bath on the beach! Also available is an indoor pool with jacuzzi and dry sauna room. The outdoor pool has a small area within the pool for the kiddos! There is more than one shower as you come in from the beach to wash off. The space The Master bedroom has a king bed with it’s own sliding door to the balcony overlooking the Gulf. It has its own Master bath! The Second bedroom has a queen bed The third bedroom has two single beds. The second and third bedroom share the hall bath. All of the bedrooms have lovely quilts on each bed and there own TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, drop in stove/oven. Also equipped with a toaster, coffee pot, blender, processor, mixer, and plenty of dinnerware, flatware and glassware fir all your needs. It has over and under cabinet lighting with granite and backsplash. The dining area has a table and 4 chairs with three bar stools at the kitchen bar. One extra stool in the master BR. The living area has a comfortable couch with foldout bed. A recliner and 55’ TV. The two sliding doors open up to tgg he e balcony for a beautiful view of the ocean! We are on the 8th floor so the view of the beach and water is absolutely breathtaking. We hope you enjoy your stay we us as much as we enjoy being there. Guest access Most areas in the premise if Romar Place. Children need to be accompanied by an adult in both pools, outside of the condo and the beach area. Children are not allowed in the jacuzzi or sauna. Other things to note Parking: Romar Place has a parking fee of around $50.00 per car with a maximum of (2) two cars per condo. This is paid directly to Romar Place when you arrive. You can pay by Credit Card or Debit Card.
