Our spacious open concept mid-century modern inspired home offers plenty of room to entertain indoor and outdoor. With new HVAC system, covered patio w/ BBQ grill, new designer desert landscape and super private gated backyard, our home is perfect for family or business stay. Centrally located by 5, 405 & 118 freeways, we are under 3 miles to CSUN, 5 miles to Northridge Fashion Center, and walking distance to Regency Plaza shops, restaurants, grocery stores, banks, theater, other services. The space Our house is very spacious and airy. An open concept living / dining / kitchen area is a dream of every modern family. Whether you need to entertain or just relax with your family, you will enjoy the space. You can cook in the spacious kitchen and see your children play in the living room or even in the backyard through floor-to-ceiling windows. The kitchen includes two options for breakfast: a 4-person table and kitchen counter bar seating, which is also great for entertaining. There is a laundry room access with an additional exit to the backyard including a built-in doggy door. The kitchen opens into the dining and area, which includes a large dining table (sits 6-8 people). The living room features a nice gas fireplace perfect for cozy winter nights and a large HGTV smart TV capable of streaming Netflix, YouTube or whatever you need. The internet includes a WiFi network allowing a strong connection with the TV. The house has 4 bedrooms. The Master Suite is huge with an eastern king size bed, a smart TV, a sliding door to the back yard, and an ensuite separated into two rooms, a private shower room and a powder room. The powder room is also accessible from the hallway. Another bathroom is located at the end of the hall and includes a bathtub. The linens closet in the hallway has additional blankets and towels. The second bedroom has a queen size bed. The third and fourth bedrooms have a full size (double bed) each. In addition a we have a double size futon which can be made into a bed if needed, and a queen size air mattress inside the hallway closet. We can also provide a roll-away bed and a crib per request, when available. The house is tucked away from the street by mature trees and the backyard is completely fenced in, allowing for great privacy. There is a canal behind the fence in the back which means the houses behind us are further away which is another great privacy bonus. You will enjoy the spacious enclosed backyard, large covered patio with sitting furniture and BBQ grill, and lots of greenery around. You can park in the drive-way, total of 3-5 cars will fit depending on car size, and there is always plenty of street parking. Our street is small and quiet but you are just steps away from all the Valley businesses and entertainment (read more in the Neighborhood section).
