Guest access Guests will have access to the entire property (excluding the garage) and pier. There is screened in porch overlooking the lake with seating for 8, an outdoor fireplace, as well as a couple of different grills to use. At the end of the pier is a covered seating area (table with seating for 6), and an uncovered tanning deck (8 beach chairs and 2 loungers).
