Cozy private apartment next to a private residence located in a quiet country setting! Separate and private entrance. Only about 5 miles south of I-20! 40 miles west of Atlanta; a short distance from Bremen, Carrollton, Temple, and Villa Rica! Only minutes away from the University of West Georgia. Enjoy a beautiful sunrise on the front porch! A friendly dog guards the home outside. Coffee and tea provided; grill available upon request. Thank you! Also, there is one queen bed in the bedroom and one double fold out couch in the living room. Please know that I have a guard dog that lives outside. I can tie her up periodically if you need me to, but she is friendly. I also have another dog that will probably be tied up. Please let me know if you have issues with dogs. One last thing- I love my house because it is located out on a country road. It is QUIET and PEACEFUL here. However, I am only a quick few minutes (5-10) drive to “city life.” But if you are looking to stay in a room with lots of people around and noise and and city life, this is NOT your place!
