You'll feel at home in this cozy newly remodeled house located in a quiet neighborhood just minutes away from the following city highways: IH-35, IH-10, LOOP 1604, and Interstate 410. There are 5 Wal-Marts and 3 HEB grocery stores within a 5 mile radius. There are also quite a few city parks nearby, including one with a lake within a short walking distance. This home is also kid and baby friendly! There are 4 different city parks that are all nearby, some even have lakes. The following locations: San Antonio Airport, the Forum outlet shopping center, Fort SAM Military Base, Randolf Airforce Base, and downtown San Antonio are all centrally located and easily accessible to and from this property. A washer and dryer are available with laundry detergent included if needed. All bath necessities are included which are bath towels, wash cloths, shampoo (for babies and adults), soap, conditioner and blow dryer. We have an Iron and ironing board. There are 3 high chairs, four booster seats. a playpen with a changing table attachment and two travel bassinets. We also have a pack n play, baby blankets, infant/child dishes and utensils, a bouncer, a swing, children’s toys, and an infant bathtub are also available. We have TVs in both the living room and the kids room with a DVD and VHS player in the kids room, and lots of VHS tapes suitable for children to watch unsupervised. The home has Central AC and heating. We have Spectrum 200mbps internet, but no cable TV. We do provide access to local free channels via antenna, and Amazon Prime, Hulu, and Netflix apps through the Roku smart TV in the living room. The home comes equipped with a gas stove, microwave, refrigerator, dish washer, assorted cookware/utensils and dishes, coffee pot, and pots and pans. We provide coffee and powdered creamer for you as well as snacks/cereal/tea in the pantry. We have a big backyard with comfortable patio furniture and a huge umbrella with LED solar lighting (activated by an on/off switch under the umbrella) for shade. A perfect setting for your morning coffee, or to wind down from a busy day. If you will have more than one vehicle in your party, you can easily park four cars on the property: two on the driveway, and two on the street. I am always just a text away. I live in the neighborhood but will not disturb you. The house is at the end of the street in a very quiet neighborhood. The neighbors are nice and keep to themselves. We are close to all major highways, so it’s easy to get anywhere. There are plenty of stores that are convenient for your shopping. Just a great location in a quiet neighborhood. There is plenty of parking on the street or room for two cars on the driveway. In addition to AirBnB’s COVID-19 cleanliness protocol, I am also taking an extra step myself to ensure that the air circulating inside my home is also “clean”. I use an air purifier with a technology called “ActivePure” for added sterilization. This air purifier is able to clean the entire house due to its internal NASA-developed technology. The device has been FDA lab tested to kill 99.9% of airborne/surface invading viruses, bacteria and even mold! I hope that this added information about what I’m proactively doing in addition to the platform protocols gives you reassurance and comfort, as a guest, that all possible measures are being implemented at my home to your benefit! Currently, I am only running the purifier in between reservations as I do not yet have a permanent location for it inside, but this will soon change!
