The space The open living area is furnished with a very comfy sectional a flat screen TV and a large picture window overlooking the lake and full size pull out couch bed..There is a dining table that seats 6-8 in the open space as well. The main floor master bedroom has its own private bathroom, along with a washer & dryer, and a large closet. The main floor bathroom has a tub/shower combo. Upstairs has two full size beds and a fulls size pull out couch bed. The gas grill is attached to a natural gas line making it easy for you to cook at any time. Entry to the house is by lock-box. Guest access You will have full access to the cottage, all outdoor amenities and use of the dock to bring your own boat or rent one from Eagles Point Marina or other local rentals. Other things to note We have pontoon rental available for those interested in getting out on the lake for fishing or sunset cruises.
