The open living area is furnished with a very comfy sectional a flat screen TV and a large picture window overlooking the lake. There is a dining table that seats 6-8 in the open space as well. The main floor master bedroom has its own private bathroom, along with a washer & dryer, and a large closet. The main floor bathroom has a tub/shower combo. Upstairs has two full size beds and a small sitting area. The gas grill is attached to a natural gas line making it easy for you to cook at any time. Entry to the house is by lock-box. You will have full access to the cottage, all outdoor amenities and use of the dock to bring your own boat or rent one from Eagles Point Marina or other local rentals. We have a cottage behind the property and may access our pontoon located on the dock. We will not interfere with your stay but are close by if you need anything. Call or text anytime.
