Downtown Longbeach is close with restaurants, movie theater, shops, etc Whole house is included Do not enter old garage on property Call upon arrival. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Tap room 3 blocks Unfortunately pacific county declared Seaview as an R1 zoning. What this means is that If a short term rental was not established before 2011 it is unlawful to rent your house for less than 30 days. Even though this is an obvious violation of my property rights I must comply or be fined an unbelievable amount. Therefore I must have a 30 day minimum stay for my guests.
