The space Amazing properties located on the lake at South Lake Tahoe. Each lodge has been completely remodeled and offers luxury in a perfect , tranquil Lake Tahoe setting. This listing is for Unit #5, an upstairs unit with views of the lake. Featuring One bedroom with queen sized bed, and one full bathroom. With the finest of accommodations, these lodges create the perfect setting for your vacation. Chef's dream kitchen with slab granite counters, breakfast bar and nook, stainless appliances, and stunning bathrooms, and offering serene views. Having spent many summers and winters here with friends and family, I can personally attest to how special this place is. Perfect for a family vacation, and get away from the craziness of daily life, you truly feel like you are a world away. A typical summer day consists of waking up and enjoying a cup of coffee, then cooking up an amazing breakfast with our family and friends. We spend the whole day on the beach and in the lake, swimming, boating, paddle boarding, walk back up to our place for a Barbeque. Night life is amazing, adults typically head to the casinos for some BlackJack while the kids can go to the movies, arcade, or we all stay in for family game night. Offering a total of 6 lodges, three downstairs and three upstairs. There are a total of two Premium Lodges. The Premium Lodges each have their own private balcony overlooking the lake, a Master Bedroom suite with queen sized bed, full bathroom, TV and desk area , and the living space features a Murphy Bed ,that folds up into the wall during the daytime. The Murphy Bed is a queen sized. There is also another full bath, and fireplace in the premium lodges. There is one (Unit #1) located downstairs, and (unit #4) located upstairs. If you are staying in any of the other four lodges, each has full kitchen, washer dryer, and feature one bedroom/ one bath. Having a huge family reunion, or getting a ton of families together? Four of the six units have double doors between each living space, so you have the option to open the doors up and connect, making it ideal for staying all together, yet each party can have their own space to relax. Each premium lodge has this feature, for example Unit #1 can open to Unit #2, and upstairs premium lodge #4 opens to Lodge #5 if so desired. Lakeside living at its finest, with steps to the beach, minutes to newly opened El Dorado Beach...literally a less than five minute walk away, Camp Richardson, Zephyr Cove, Timber Cove and all the night life South Lake Tahoe has to offer. Other things to note There are 4 outdoor surveillance cameras (active recording) to monitor the parking, entry courtyard and garbage containers. We need to view these areas to prevent parking issues, or improper placement of trash which can result in a citation by the city and a fine. NOTE: There are no cameras inside any of the units.
