The Signature is an exclusive, guard-gated resort, connected to the MGM via an air-conditioned moving walkway. Must be 21+ to check in. A mandatory cleaning fee of $30 will be charge upon check out. The space Private deluxe suite in a 4 star 4 diamond condo based hotel. Located in the Signature at the MGM Grand. The Junior Suite includes 1 king-sized bed, 1 queen-sized pull-out sofa bed, 1 bathroom with whirlpool jet tub, 2 plasma screens, mini kitchen, and more. Please note, the suite is not stocked with dishware and cookware. You may request that with front desk upon arrival or call down to the front desk from the suite. The suite has a walk out balcony to enjoy the views of Las Vegas. No smoking inside or on the balcony. Guest access The Signature at MGM Grand is a guard gated resort. There's complimentary valet on property. You will check in with the front desk, just like a normal hotel. You must be 21+ to check in. Upon arrival, the front desk will require a valid Credit or Debit Card & government ID. The credit or debit card is for incidentals. Incidentals will be a $100 per night, $300 max. Incidentals are for charge back privileges or in case of any damages to the suite. As long as no damages or charges, that will be released upon checking out. Front desk will then present you room keys for your suite. The room keys will give you access to your suite, elevator, pools, fitness center, and any other amenities on property. Wifi name is either Signature or MGM Resorts. There is no password for the Wifi. There is also a bell desk service to store luggage before check in and after check out. Other things to note You will not have to pay any resort fees and you will still have access to all the amenities that the hotel offers! Our prices are all-inclusive except for the one-time check out cleaning fee of $30, which is paid directly to the hotel. If you need additional cleaning throughout your stay, you will need to request that with the front desk and pay and additional $30 each time cleaning is requested. There is a 24hr laundry facility but you will only have access if you book for at least 7 nights. The unit comes with FREE Valet Parking, however if valet is full, you will need to park at the MGM self parking lot. This is a Smoke-free and non-gaming environment. The views are gorgeous!
