Villa Caterina - Varenna Vezio

In the splendid setting of Lake Como, a few minutes by car from the wonderful Varenna, it is surrounded by quiet and 2 steps from the Castle of Vezio, my villa. It is ONLY accessed on foot leaving the car at Vezio and traveling through the interior of the village, it is about 500 meters. The villa was modernized 4 years ago, in its modern and elegant interior but suitable for nature lovers being immersed in a private garden of over 1000 square meters where you can enjoy a suggestive lake view. The space Villa Caterina is a villa renovated 4 years ago and equipped with every comfort. It is arranged on 3 levels. On the first floor we find an American kitchen that overlies the garden where you can have lunch outdoors. Dining room and living area with sofa bed, TV and fireplace. Always in the living area we have connected but without a door a study or children's room with a single bed. Always on the same floor we have a bathroom with bathtub and shower. Upstairs we find a double bedroom, an anteroom with a French sofa bed and a terrace with lake view. On the ground floor we have a small service bathroom with shower and the laundry area with dryer and washing machine. My villa is a house suitable for nature lovers and families, friends or relatives who like to be together. Early in the morning you can see if you are lucky roe deer and squirrels. Cristina will take care of you for any of your needs. We will also be happy to book dinner or lunch or your event at the restaurant "LA SERRA BISTROT" a few meters from the villa.
