Far enough away from Grand Bend’s main beach, but close enough for a walk down the tranquil shores of Lake Huron. Across the street from Lake Huron’s beautiful beach, Cottage on Elm will tick all the boxes! Cottage on Elm is FAMILY oriented - no guest parties will be accepted under 25yrs old. The space White Squirrel golf course is 10 mins away- great patios and food! Coffee at Shopbike Coffee Roasters in Bayfield is a must- 20 mins away. Dark Horse Winery is a 7 min drive away. Bad Apple Brewery is just down the street as well. Prime time (July/Aug) bookings are 4 day minimum. Check in- 3pm, checkout by 10am. Beach access is almost directly across the road from the Cottage. Note: many stairs down. 8 people maximum at the cottage at any time due to septic system restrictions. Bedding and bath Towels are provided for your stay. Guest access Entire property is yours to use! Front door code will gain you entry. Back door to gas BBQ and deck. Sliding doors off of bedroom to back deck as well. Fire pit with complimentary fire wood. We do not provide fire starter for fires. Other things to note If pets are requested, we will allow ONE dog per visit. Permission required. Non shedding dogs is preferred. There is a dog fee to bring a dog along. We ask that dog stay off all furniture and cleaned up in yard after.
