Charming 1940’s lakeside cottage is cozy, updated & bright! Fish, swim, kayak or paddle board in spring fed waters. Our humble home has just enough room for you to steal away with those you love. Relax with two bedrooms and a sleeper sofa. Enjoy your morning coffee on the deck overlooking the lake, you may even catch a glimpse of a swan family or Blue Heron. Enjoy seasonal fruit farms, local wineries/breweries or explore nearby St. Joseph or South Haven! The space Water's Edge has a fully equipped kitchenette with a full size refrigerator/freezer, stove, counter top oven, microwave & coffee pot. Outdoor gas grill on the deck for your favorite barbecue. Pack light as towels & fresh linens will be provided. Pet friendly for an additional $50 fee. Explore Lake Ackley, a quiet 65 acre all sports lake in the included tandem kayak, pedal boat or paddle board. Enjoy your evening toasting s'mores over the fire table situated lakeside. Guest access You'll have full access to the living space. We keep the basement utility and storage areas locked. The dock is a shared space as we live nearby and use it to access the lake.
