Large Detached villa near Amsterdam Haarlem&Beach

We would like to welcome you to our beautiful family villa with amazing garden. Our home provides you with all the comfort you need; fully equiped kitchen, large garden with trampoline, football goals and bbq. Perfect for families. Situated close to the major attractions of The Netherlands, the beach, Amsterdam, Haarlem & a lively harbour. Whether you care for culture, nature or just a relaxing holiday. Enjoy your stay and welcome to our paradise! The space Our fully detached family villa and garden is yours during your stay. The house is very suitable for a families or couples. We have 4 bedrooms, a bathroom with a toilet, shower, two wash sinks and a seperate bath. There is a separate second toilet. There is a fully equiped kitchen. One master bedroom has a queen size bed (160x200), AC, walk-in closet and direct entrance to the bathroom. The 2nd bedroom is equiped with AC, single or double bed which you can Also use as two single beds (90 or 180 by 200), fitness equipement, tv and balcony). The 3rd bedroom (attic) is equiped with a single bed, AC and a nice view and cozy atmosphere. The other master bedroom is with king size bed (180 x 210), television, AC, wash sink, balcony with a beautiful view of the garden. In the attic we have a lounge area with television and comfortable cushions, washing machine, iron facilities and dryer for your convenience. The large living room is equiped with a closed fireplace, lounge area, dining room table (6p), open kitchen with kitchen island (5p), ( you can adjust the chairs of the kitchen island to diningroom size chairs to add extra chairs to the table) cooker for ready hot water, electrical oven, american fridge (with ice machine), microwave and dishwasher. The garden is equiped with a bbq, lounge set, 2 football goals, large trampoline for five. We provide free WiFi throughout the entire house. We have two driveways for your car(s) and there is always a free spot on the main road so you will have free parking available. Guest access The entire house is at your disposal. During your stay we will not stay at the house. Other things to note Our house is in a quiet family neighborhood and yet in 30 minutes you are in Amsterdam and 15 minutes in Haarlem. Because of the large size of the villa and to respect out neighbors we have a minimal age requirement of 25.
