Mildred Manning Room @ The Green House Doylestown

Welcome to the Mildred Manning Room at the Hannah Green House (circa 1850). Enjoy being in the heart of Doylestown in this historic Victorian home that was once home to silent film star Mildred Manning. The house is seconds away from the center town, tons of restaurants and farmer's market. Guests have access to a small reading nook and hall bath is for your use only. The ground floor is the owners architecture studio. We invite you to relax in the parlor or people watch from the front porch. The space Guest accommodations are the Mildred Manning room, a large light-filled bedroom with king size bed, dresser, desk, mini-fridge/freezer with ice, a Keurig machine and a closet with hangers. The original wavy glass windows are operable to let in fresh air and include shades and curtains. The bedroom is heated and cooled with central heat/air and the ducts were just cleaned. Guest access Guests have full use of our dedicated on street parking spot directly in front of the house. Guests also have access to a reading nook with a library filled with books. The hall bath is for the Mildred Manning Room guests only and includes a new Kohler toilet, sink, vintage shower (on the small side because the house was built in the 1800s!), fresh towels and complimentary toiletries. Mildred Manning Room guests also have use of The Parlor, a seating area on the first floor, as well as the light filled front porch which is filled with plants and wicker furniture to take in being in the heart of Doylestown. The house is shared with the owners office. The office is occupied M-F sometime between 8-6.
