Welcome to guest house. In our big house you can feel your as in your home. You will be stay in big duplex apartment with 2 floors, total independ. All 4 rooms have a more light, the kitchen have a full equipment, you can used all equipment of the house. You can come with your family or friends. But you need respect of the neighbords. We have a big terasa in up floor of the house you can relax in nice chil-out area for take a sun(terrace share with other guests). All house have a internet wi-fi. The space Apartment have a 120m2, 2 floors with stairs. Have a 4 double bedrooms. in first floor you will find big living room with Smart Tv conect to wifi, space equipment kithcen with dining area and wash mashin and wash plates mashin, one double bedroom and bathroom, in othe floor have a 3 bedrooms one balcony and small private terasa, bathroom with shower. Other things to note Common house rules: - Respect night resting hours. - Do not make too much noise in the apartment or in the common parts of the building. - Do not smoke inside of the apartment (you can smoke on the balcony though). - Do not make parties. - Animals are not allowed. - Washing the dishes and clean the kitchen after cooking, take off trash and leave the whole place in good condition. By checking-in you will receive 2 key-sets. Loss of keys will be surcharged with €30. Attention: Check-in : from 15:00 .. Check-in late (from 21:00) has extra charge of 30 euros, from 00:00 -50 euro. Check-out : up to 11:00. By check-in you need to pay official city tourist tax 2.20 euro per person per night (by max. 7 nights, only for adults from 16 years old). Also you need to have a fotocopy of your pasport and a proof of the booking. Please advise in advance your arrival and departure time (few days before arrival). For check-in you need to call 30 minutes before arrival to the appt. In case of flight delay please inform ASAP. Transfer from the airport to the apartment is optional .
