Nice place right in the center with terrace

The apartment is located in the middle of Telfs right next to the church (for those who have been to Telfs before), one street further you will find the new meeting zone of Telfs. There you will find restaurants, clothing shops, tobacco shops etc. At the end of the meeting zone is the shopping centre '‘ Intalcenter ‘‘ and directly behind it the newly built swimming pool (with sauna relaxation etc.). The apartment itself is fully equipped with everything you need :). The space The rooms are Austrian. In total there are 1 bedroom, 1 living room, 1 bathroom and 1 kitchen/dining room. The bedroom is equipped with an electronically adjustable double bed (1.80 x2m) overlooking the terrace. The Bathroom consists of a shower , WC and a washbasin. The living room is nicely furnished as shown in the pictures with an additional bed and smart TV( access to Netflix). The kitchen is fully equipped for long and short-term bookings. The new cafe machine is always felt with beans from us:). The terrace is available to every guest of our accommodation, the entrance is separate from the apartments. Guest access In this house there are 3 separate independent apartments. So you get 2 keys (one for the house and one for your apartment). This holiday apartment is located at the first floor on the left. Other things to note Parking/Parken: Public parking (outdoor): 1 minute walk (2 houses further) away is a public car park where you can park for free from 6 p.m. to 8 a.m., Sundays and public holidays. Otherwise only a maximum of 1.50 hours at 0.50 cents per half hour. Adress: Kirchstraße 17 (next to) Parking garage (underground, 2,10 High): Adjacent to the public car park (2 minutes walk) is a underground parking garage where we could organize a parking space for you if required at an additional cost. You can stay on this as long as you want. (Please contact me for that).
