2BR/1BA Cottage - Quiet and Cozy!

Tucked behind a house in the historic district of Ennis, this unit is COMPLETELY remodeled and furnished with everything you need for a comfortable stay. A small street runs behind the property so access to the apartment is easy. Pull right up and your door is 20 steps away. We prefer long term stays - people who are traveling for work, internships or relocation. We would love to chat with you before booking! We ask that guests have a maximum of two vehicles. Driveway parking is available. The space Upon entering the property you will be in the the open living/dining/kitchen. From there you walk in to the first bedroom which is the smaller of the two. From there you have a door into the bathroom and another door into the back bedroom which is larger and has a desk. Both bedrooms have closets. The washer and dryer are located in the same area as the bathroom and tucked behind a curtain. The entire unit is small but functions well. Guest access You will have access to the entire space as well as a small yard. Other things to note There is a paved driveway with parking for one car... or possibly two parked end to end. We ask that guests have a maximum of two vehicles. The main house on the property is in close proximity to the cottage but there is a small fence to separate the yards. The tenants in the house are quiet and keep to themselves.
