COMFORTABLE & FLEXIBLE SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS. Inside, the home offers three well-appointed bedrooms, thoughtfully designed to ensure restful sleep for every guest. Two of the bedrooms feature queen-sized beds, complete with quality mattresses, soft linens, and fluffy pillows. Whether you’re curling up with a book or stretching out after a long day, these beds provide the perfect place to relax. The third bedroom includes a comfortable full-sized bed, ideal for a single guest, child, or couple who prefers a slightly cozier sleeping space. In addition to the main bedrooms, we’ve also transformed the basement into a fun and functional Game Room that doubles as a second sleeping area. Here, you'll find two pull-out couches that easily convert into sofa beds, offering extra space for guests. These versatile sleeping options make our home suitable for groups of up to 8 or even 10 guests, depending on your sleeping arrangements and comfort preferences. ENTERTAINMENT & GAME ROOM FUN. One of the standout features of our home is the Game Room, located in the finished basement. This space is a guest favorite, offering a fun and relaxed vibe that’s perfect for winding down or spending quality time with friends and family. The room features two large, comfy sofas (which also convert into beds), making it an ideal place to watch a movie, take a nap, or kick back with a drink. But what truly sets the Game Room apart is the arcade-style entertainment. We've equipped the room with a stand-up Arcade system featuring over 3,000 classic games, so there's truly something for everyone—whether you're into retro favorites like Pac-Man, Donkey Kong, or Street Fighter, or just looking to introduce the kids to the fun of old-school gaming. It’s like having your own personal game lounge—no quarters required! FULLY EQUIPPED for a COMFORTABLE STAY. We kindly ask that you do not bring any pets to the property, as we aim to keep the home allergy-friendly for future guests. • If you are traveling with a service animal, please notify us in advance of your stay. We are happy to accommodate service animals in compliance with applicable laws. Guest access The 80 is located only .5 miles from Boardman Park and a short 7-minute drive to Mill Creek Metro Park, located in the heart of Youngstown, Ohio. Mill Creek MetroParks sprawls over 2,800 acres along the namesake, Mill Creek. Founded in 1891, Mill Creek MetroParks is the second largest Metroparks in the United States, second only to Central Park in NYC. The park winds through southeast Youngstown until it reaches the Mahoning River near downtown Youngstown. There is no camping in or near the park. Most of the park buildings and sponsored activities are seasonal, so you will want to check the calendar of events (link to calendar) before your visit. Access to the park and trails are open year-round. MILL CREEK GOLF COURSE Mill Creek Golf Course features two 18-hole championship courses designed by Donald Ross that opened to the public in 1928. Both courses are par 70 with four sets of tees, stretching from 5095 yards to 6511 yards. The South Course plays over a flat terrain with tree-lined fairways. Natural areas and streams come into play on five holes. The South Course has been selected by Golfweek as one of America’s 30 Best Municipal Courses. The North Course weaves through tall trees and includes a variety of natural hazards. Nestled in the beauty and splendor of a park setting, Mill Creek Golf Course continues to challenge the skills of golfers at all levels. The PGA Professionals and MCGC staff is dedicated to give golfers a memorable experience and offer everything from golf instruction packages and players club reward programs to golf leagues and charity outings. The Fieldhouse, built in 1929, houses a pro shop and a grille room with a wide variety of food and beverages, including beer and wine.
