Sleeping arrangements The home comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests, offering 3 spacious bedrooms that ensure everyone has a place to relax. The master bedroom features a king bed, providing a luxurious space to rest. The other two bedrooms are furnished with queen beds, offering cozy retreats for additional guests. For your convenience, there are 2 full bathrooms, one is an ensuite off the primary bedroom, and the other is a hallway bathroom shared by the other bedrooms. Outdoor living The private pool awaits, perfect for a refreshing dip or lounging in the sun after a day of exploring the area. The large, fully screened-in patio creates a serene outdoor space with comfortable lounge seating, ideal for enjoying a warm evening breeze or a quiet morning coffee. The private backyard invites you to relax or gather with loved ones, while a charcoal BBQ grill ensures that you can easily prepare meals for the whole group. Kitchen & dining The fully equipped kitchen is designed to meet all your culinary needs, from preparing light snacks to full meals. Short drive to Florida's Atlantic white sand beaches With its spacious layout, private pool, and prime location, this Vero Beach home offers the ideal setting for families, groups, or anyone looking to enjoy the laid-back charm of Florida's east coast. During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home. We conveniently offer self check-in and check-out. Though we are not available in person, we are happy to answer any questions and help accommodate to the best of our ability!The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that washes into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored. A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay: -For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout. -For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear. Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300. It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking. We value safety and privacy and that's why we would like to mention we have cameras outside for security purposes, none of them pointing to the pool area. We appreciate your understanding! In sunny Florida, with beautiful weather and greenery, come humidity and bugs. These elements are a natural & very common occurrence! We have our property professionally sprayed for bugs, however, everything outside of that is beyond our control. Mosquitoes are sometimes unavoidable (we know, lame) - please remember to pack mosquito spray. Please note that, after it rains, there may be a few small bugs that wash off the screen and into the pool and the pool may appear slightly discolored. A refundable security deposit of $250 will be authorized as a hold on your credit card by our system, prior to your arrival. This is a pre-authorization hold, not a charge, and will be released following a damage-free inspection after your departure. Any damages or excessive cleaning needs beyond normal wear and tear will be claimed against this hold. Please do not park inside the garage for ANY reason. There is absolutely NO smoking and NO drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on property. We can accommodate a maximum of 6 guests. It's for your own comfort :) Sleeping arrangements consist of a king bed, 2 queen beds, couch, and sofa. No third party bookings allowed, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. A maximum of 2 additional guests are allowed at the property during daytime hours. Number of cars on property at any given time should never exceed (2). Parking is permitted in the driveway in front of the garage, which will accommodate up to (2) vehicles. Please wipe shoes at the door. It is preferred that shoes are removed indoors when possible, so we can keep the place clean for you and the next guests! Please respect the neighborhood. Be considerate of our neighbors while socializing outdoors after 10pm and before 8am. Also, keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks of any kind. No firearms on property unless kept locked in vehicle. Follow additional guidelines posted within the suite. Please take out the trash and dispose properly per instructions upon departure. Report damages immediately. We reserve the right to pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules. Roughly a 13-min drive to the beach - 7-min to McKee Botanical Gardens - 8-min to Downtown Vero Beach Located in a quiet and friendly neighborhood where everyone tends to keep to themselves. There is an older pup next door that you'll hear bark to say 'hello' from time to time. You'll have the driveway to park, which will accommodate up to (2) vehicles. Having a vehicle is the best way to get around. Up to (2) cars may park in the driveway.
