Take a step back in time when visiting this beautiful vintage property, built in 1927! This charming studio is located in the heart of Highland Square, a very cool eclectic neighborhood. This is a very walkable area with much to do! Downtown Akron is 3 minutes away. The building was built in 1927 offering true vintage charm, with beautiful architecture and vintage tiled bathrooms. **At this time we are not allowing guests from Akron. We are reserving our spaces for out of town guests** NON SMOKING You have the entire apartment. Through the lobby all the way to the back of the building we have coin operated laundry. We are not always on site, however we will be available for anything you may need. Please contact our team during normal business hours with any questions or requests. Highland Square is a dynamic offbeat urban neighborhood home to a unique blend of restaurants, pubs, local shops, barbers, coffee shops, the library, an 1938 art-deco movie theater (all movies $5), Mustard Seed Market and so much more. There is always an event, production, live music on an given day. This is all within a short walk from where we are located. We are also close to I77 & I76. Parking: We have two Airbnb designated guest spaces if this is taken you can park anywhere in the parking lot (except the garage bays). There is additional parking next door at 633 W. Market street if the parking lot is full. No smoking- No parties No loud noise after 10:00 P.M. Only guests on the reservation are allowed on the property
