entire home in quiet village

We provide a home in our small village of Guillerval. We are located halfway between Paris and Orléans with access close to the N20. The Chemin de Saint Jacques de Compostelle crosses the village (el camino) The village is very pretty, quiet in a wooded and hilly place. Numerous hikes nearby. CHECK-IN: from 4 p.m. TO 8 P.M. CHECKOUT BEFORE 11am For arrivals before or after these hours, please make the request beforehand The space The listing is located in our garden, built in one of our outbuildings. It consists of a main room with a single bed, a table and chairs, a desk area, a kitchen area with 2 plates, a sink, a fridge, a Senséo coffee maker and a microwave. The bathroom has a sink, toilet, and a walk in shower. You can access the floor via a miller's ladder. The room has a double bed. You have a private terrace in the rear of the outbuilding. Poor mobile network reception but high speed wifi ( fiber optic) available. You will be able to park your vehicles for free on the street adjacent to the listing about 50 meters from it. The village is provided, as a commercial, with a "La ferme des Hirondelles" bakery that shapes organic breads from the farm harvests. You will find all the other shops (grocery store, bakery, tobacco, butcher, fishmonger...), in the village of Saclas located 5 km away. The nearest cities are Angerville (10 km) and Etampes (14 km), they are served by the 330 Bus which stops 1.2 km from our accommodation. Our village also has a train station, 4.5 km away, which serves the Austerlitz train station (Paris) in 40 minutes by the TER.
