The kitchen is fully equipped with a new stove and refrigerator that has an automatic ice maker and cold water. At the rooftop you can enjoy the sunset/ sunrise and the beautiful view of the mountains. An extra bedroom with its own full bathroom can be added for extra cost for large groups of up to 14 people. The space There is a huge back yard to spend time with friends and family. Ask us about celebrating special dinners and don't worry about the heat as the whole space is shaded by the early afternoon. A big automobile fits in the parking lot of about 4.5 meters. Guest access You have access to the parking using the gate for one large vehicle where your car will be safe. Then you access the house by a second door. On the first floor you will find a bedroom with a full bathroom and a queen bed. There are no steps so this is perfect for elderly and even a wheelchair. There's only one small step to the bathroom. There are no steps to the living room, the kitchen and dining room. There is a sliding door that takes you to the huge backyard with a table, chais and a place to cook meat, and oven for pizza and a beautiful garden. Other things to note We have two listings. The extra bedroom is accessed by the garage and has its own entrance. You can also rent this bedroom for large groups of about 14. People renting the bedroom don't have acess to the house nor the backyard. They only use the door on the street to enter the garage and they have stairs that takes them to the bedroom. This bedroom is completely separated from the house. They don't share a wall. Please take a look at the pictures so you can see the distance. Also most of the time this room is not occupied.
