The master bedroom has a private bathroom. The internet is high speed & dedicated to the house & perfect for teleworking. The beach is a short walk from the house. We are located on the quite end of the Main Street in Jaco. Central Jaco has countless restaurants & shops which is located walking distance from the house. This very small gated community has a beautiful pool, jacuzzi and BBQ area just steps from the house. The town home is located on the quite end of the Main Street in Jaco just outside the hustle & bustle of town. The beach is only a one minute walk away. Central Jaco has countless restaurants and shops and they oare located walking distance from the house. The main bus station is a short walk from the house. It would be a pleasure to have you:) There is a Crib (pack n play) for babies available if needed for your visit. The Crib needs to be requested before your arrival so that it can put in the property for you. Please let me know if you need a Crib before your visit. Guest access You have a private secure and covered parking space directly in front of the door. There’s a large pool with jacuzzi and BBQ area with patio that is shared by the small community. Chairs available and covered ranch area to eat as well. There’s also a grill available to use in the ranch area next to the pool. The Community Pool & Patio/BBQ is open from 9:00am - 9:00pm. The Jacuzzi does not have an On/Off switch. The Jacuzzi bubbles at different times of the day and it’s normal pool temperature. It is not a hot tub. The quite hours are from 10:00pm - 8:00am No parties are allowed The house is guest friendly. 1 guest per registered guest is allowed as long as the maximum for the house is not exceeded. As long as the community rules and quiet hours are followed and you are discreet with your guests then all is good. This is not a party property. Many guests enjoy watching the league games on certain nights of the week and also using the Cross Fit gym a short distance from the property. Also, During the league games on certain evenings there’s a chance to hear sounds from the soccer field inside the community on those evenings due to the proximity. It could go to approximately 12:00am on a few nights of the week (during their season) so I want to be transparent for the people that are early sleepers. As you can see by all the great reviews most people love everything but I always want to be as open as possible so that everyone is clear before making any decision.
